How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2–5 working days, while express shipping is usually 1–2 working days (depending on your location). You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your order! If your item doesn’t fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note: shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
